Midland Air Service Experts was excited to participate in the Midlands Ride for Kids in April. This marks the second year that Midland Air has raised money for this remarkable event that helps fund the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the top nonprofit supporting research into childhood brain tumors. The donations fund free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial help for families.
Midland Air Service Experts donated $1000 to this incredible cause and the nationwide event has collected over $500,000. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been involved in the event since 2014 and her father’s riding group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids every year.
“My dad’s riding club participates every year because they can have a good time and ride motorcycles, all for this incredible cause.” You can see Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The big-hearted motorcycle riders may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts doesn’t have as many motorcycle riders. “We just do it for the kids,” said Rebecca.
Midland Air looks forward to being involved in their community and sponsoring great events like the Midlands Ride for Kids. To read more about how you can get involved and support the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, go to their site.
